Note: For each of the regions, data represent the relative importance of each viral lineage (prevalence score estimated as a percentage [percent] of total FMD cases that occur in domesticated hosts). These scores (reviewed at the WOAH/FAO FMD reference laboratory network meeting in October 2023) can be used to inform the PRAGMATIST tool (see Annex 3). Recent changes to increase risks are shown in red, while a reduction in risk is shown in green.
